About The Course

CIMAMS is a nationally recognized management institute that provides students with a combination of theoretical education and hands-on experience in hotel management, catering science, professional cookery, bakery arts and confectionary.

CIMAMS offers Degree as well as Diploma courses in hotel management and catering, making it an ideal career choice for those who demonstrate an interest in the culinary arts or the hospitality industry. This study program provides students with a solid foundation in theory and current practices of the hotel management industry and prepares them for an all-round career development. With access to state-of-the-art instructional facilities designed to simulate the kitchens of restaurants, hotels and large production operations, students receive personal instruction and mentorship from certified Chefs and experienced industry professionals. In the days to come, CIMAMS plans to introduce a student-run restaurant within the campus that will be training ground for hotel management students.
